Message	about 0.1v to 0.9v with at least 5 swings per 10 sec at 2000 rpm, (or 5 blinks/10 sec at 2000 rpm at the CEL on the dash). The Less the swing in voltage and the closer to 0.5v the worse the O2's are. Note the correct number of blinks on the CEL can occur but voltage swings are not a wide spread and the O2 is faulty (lazy). Also check the heater circuit with the ohms to be in the specified range. Forget about codes with the O2's and just check as noted. ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
